Jenkins-Traub Method

A complicated Polynomial Root-finding algorithm which is used in the IMSL ${}^{\scriptstyle\circledRsymbol}$ (IMSL, Houston, TX) library and which Press et al. (1992) describe as ``practically a standard in black-box Polynomial Root-finders.''
