Dirichlet Energy

Let $h$ be a real-valued Harmonic Function on a bounded Domain $\Omega$, then the Dirichlet energy is defined as $\int_\Omega \vert\nabla h\vert^2\,dx$, where $\nabla$ is the Gradient.
