Tangent Developable

A Ruled Surface $M$ is a tangent developable of a curve ${\bf y}$ if $M$ can be parameterized by ${\bf x}(u,v)={\bf y}(u)+v{\bf y}'(u)$. A tangent developable is a Flat Surface.
