Range (Image)

If $T$ is a Map over a Domain $D$, then the range of $T$ is defined as

\begin{displaymath}
\mathop{\rm Range}(T) = T(D) = \{T({\bf X}): {\bf X} \in D\}.
\end{displaymath}

The range $T(D)$ is also called the Image of $D$ under $T$.
