Exponent Vector

Let $p_i$ denote the $i$th Prime, and write

\begin{displaymath}
m=\prod_i {p_i}^{v_i}.
\end{displaymath}

Then the exponent vector is ${\bf v}(m)=(v_1, v_2, \ldots)$.
