Historical Note

Michigan State University was awarded a contract by the United States Agency for International Development to improve marketing of food and agricultural products in Latin America. The Costa Rican project was one of the Latin American Market Planning (LAMP) projects.The Costa Rica Mission also provided support for this project which ran from April 1972 through July 1974.
