Biographical/Historical

The Committee on Rehabilitation of Discharged Military Personnel consisted of Ira A. Baccus, William H. Combs, Merle Ford, Tom H. King, Howard C. Rather, Lloyd B. Sholl and Fred T. Mitchell. The faculty committee was appointed June 9, 1943, by President John Hannah, to study the facilities and services at Michigan State College, so that these facilities might be used most effectively to aid in rehabilitating discharged military personnel (from the foreward of the report).
