Biographical Note
George W. Bird received his B.S. in 1961 and M.S. in 1963 from Rutgers University. In 1966, Bird received his Ph.D. from Cornell University. In 1973, Bird became a faculty member of MSU’s Department of Entomology. (Source: MSU Department of Entomology website)
