Scope and Contents note

The papers of Henry Blosser contain six folders of photocopies pertaining to the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory (NSCL). "Important Events in the Evolution of NSCL" (1982) and "Cyclotron Laboratory Michigan State University Project" (1982-1988) outline the history of the department. Also contained in this collection is a contract between Michigan State University and the U.S. Department of Energy, which discusses the additions to the laboratory and costs. A research proposal outlines a study with Harper-Grace Hospitals of neutron treatment on cancerous tumors.
