Historical Note
The Social Science Teaching Institute was jointly established in 1964 by the College of Education, College of Social Science and University College to promote better social science teaching. The Institute also worked in cooperation with public schools and other agencies with a common purpose.
The institute was discontinued in 1976.

The collection consists of unpublished annual reports.
