Historical Note
Impulse was a newsletter produced by the Northeast Complex Coordinating Committee at Michigan State University. The Northeast Complex consisted of Snyder, Phillips, Mason and Abbot Residence Halls. The publication contains articles and photographs about campus life, student activities, government affairs, and current events. All articles are written by MSU students.
