Historical Note
The General Union of Palestine Students was founded in 1959 and has many chapters across the world. This organization holds seminars, forums, lectures, and sponsors speakers as well as exhibits and movie showings to educate about the Palestinian people and their plight. The USA chapter had its founding conference in 1980 and works to organize support for the Palestinian struggle. The year of MSU's chapter creation is unknown.
