Historical Note
The student body of Michigan State College drafted a constitution for the All-College Student Government in an attempt to provide for full representation in all matters pertinent to student affairs, to promote all things of value to the students and the college, and to assist in the integration and coordination of the activities of all student organizations.
Scope and Content
The records of the All-College Student Government include the constitution, amendments drafted in two separate congresses, and student traffic regulations from 1954.
