Scope and Contents note
These papers consist of alumni letters from Jason E. Hammond to members of the Michigan State University Class of 1886 regarding their 40th reunion on June 18, 1926, and replies from various class members. The replies to Hammond discuss the reunion planning and personal information regarding the careers of various class members. Hammond incorporates information from these replies into his alumni letters, which are periodically updated. A roster of members with addresses of the Class of 1886 is included in the collection.
