Biographical Note
Edward E. Gallup graduated from Michigan Agricultural College in 1912 with a B.S. in agriculture. He later attened the University of Michigan where he received a Master's degree. Gallup worked for the Department of Public Instruction in Lansing, Michigan.
Scope and Content
This collection contains Edward Everett Gallup’s notes from a general chemistry course taught by Frank Kedzie. The notes cover a wide range of subjects such as batteries, chemical affinity, gasses, electrolysis, and elements. There are also notes on organic chemistry which include nomenclature and reactions, different sugars, and carbohydrates.
