Biographical Note
Albert A. Crane, of Lyons, Michigan, earned his B.S. degree from Michigan Agricultural College in 1875. He later became a lawyer and lived in Gaylord, Michigan, where he died in December 1896.
Scope and Contents note
Papers of Albert A. Crane consist of a diary (1872) and two letters between Madison Kuhn and Mrs. Neil Smith, niece of Albert Crane. Letters contain some biographical information. Diary discusses campus life, course work, and family life in Lyons, Michigan. Includes homework assignments, personal accounts, quotations, and a record of work done for the college.
