In 2000. items found in park plans were included in the original GIS parks layer—cemeteries, golf courses, school park area, etc.  The original inventory in 2000 had each items as separate layers, however the boundaries didn’t always aligned.  In 2007, the parks inventory was revamped using CGI’s MCD boundary layer which was “carved” up as one layer so each items boundary would align—each items is listed under the  “Category” column.
