Diane Carey is a New York Times best-selling author of over 40 books, including Waldenbooks, BDalton, and USAToday bestsellers. Carey became a Waldenbooks best-selling novelist with her lively novelization of the TV series, Harem, then went on to revolutionize the licensed line of Star Trek novels with her ground-breaking adventure Dreadnought!, which took the line to the New York Times Top Ten Bestseller List. Later Diane was asked to write the first original novel for Star Trek: The Next Generation.
