- NOTE: This is the 17 USC 108 news exemption.
- YES: NBC nightly news, CBS evening news, ABC evening news, or other 1970s style news shows.
- YES: News broadcasts that react to events that have just happened, e.g. the Hindenberg explosion.
- NO: news shows that discuss events after the fact, e.g. Sunday morning weekly roundups.
- NO: Meet the Press or other interview shows.
3 = Don't digitize, supress MAGIC. No loan
