Shanks' Conjecture

Let $p(g)$ be the first Prime which follows a Prime Gap of $g$ between consecutive Primes. Shanks' conjecture holds that

\begin{displaymath}
\ln[p(g)]\sim\sqrt{g}.
\end{displaymath}
