Complex Differentiable

If the Cauchy-Riemann Equations are satisfied for a function $f(x)=u(x)+iv(x)$ and the Partial Derivatives of $u(x)$ and $v(x)$ are Continuous, then the Complex Derivative $df/dz$ exists.
